America First Action Announces $12.7 Million Spend in Florida

America First Action PAC will spend $12.7 million in Florida on digital and cable and broadcast television advertisements starting this month and running to Election Day in Orlando and West Palm markets. This is in addition to the $2.2 million September spend in Orlando announced last month by America First Action.

The ad focuses on Joe Biden’s promise to raise taxes and overturn the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act; a plan that would decimate the potential for economic gains and make it impossible for Florida families and workers to recover in the wake of the coronavirus.

Joe Biden’s federal tax package is double the size of what Hillary Clinton proposed. His tax plan would raise taxes on 80 percent of Americans,  shrink the economy by an estimated 1.5 percent, reduce hourly wages by roughly 1 percent, and kill 585,000 jobs. Not to mention, Biden's plan to increase the corporate tax rate would directly raise the cost of utility bills in all 50 states.

Florida is strong, but Joe Biden’s tax plan would leave Floridians weak and unable to recover from the unprecedented pandemic that shut down their economy.

"Guess What?"

ROB: “This has been one of the toughest years of my life.”

DAN: “Coronavirus hurt, but we found a way to get through it.”

JOE BIDEN: “Guess what? If you elect me your taxes are going to be raised not cut.”

KIMBERLY: “People are worried about paying their bills, they’re not worried about paying the government.”

DENISE: “Who’s going to be paying for this? It’ll be the middle class.”

DAN: “Joe Biden’s tax hike won’t be good for the economy”

ROBIN: “Biden’s always raised taxes, it’s what he’ll do now.”

JULIE: “The last thing we need is a tax increase. We’re barely holding on as it is.”
